Nuvance Health is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician for their well-established Brookfield Primary Care Practice in suburban Fairfield County, Connecticut. - Serves all ages of adults and pediatrics, including local police and fire departments, the Brookfield school system, and the local YMCA.
- Staff includes 8 providers (Physicians and Advance Practice Provider colleagues) and excellent support staff.
- Completely new facility with spacious exam rooms and dedicated office space for physicians and advanced practitioners.
- Utilizes a state-of-the-art Electronic Health Record fully integrated across all hospitals and ambulatory sites.
- Awarded a Level 3 certification for PCMH and committed to undergraduate medical education, precepting medical students from the University of Vermont.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive, team-based care for a diverse adult patient population.
- Partner with skilled multidisciplinary staff to manage acute and chronic conditions.
- Promote wellness across an entire panel of patients.
Compensation
- Salary Range: $275,000 - $285,000 dependent upon experience

Shift & Schedule
- Full-time
- Off-hour coverage - Shared among multiple providers, phone-calls only with nurse triage
- Light call schedule supported by nurse triage
Requirements
- MD or DO
- CT State License, Federal DEA and State Controlled Substance Registration
- Successfully completed a Family Medicine Residency or an Internal Medicine AND Pediatric Residency
- Experience as a Primary Care Physician preferred but new grads are welcome to apply
- Board Certified or be Board Eligible
