This leadership role involves clinical responsibilities within a busy practice setting. - Team includes 3 Physicians, 2 APRNs, and 1 LCSW
- Fully outpatient setting

Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive, team-based care for a diverse adult patient population
- Partner with skilled multidisciplinary staff to manage acute and chronic conditions
- Promote wellness across an entire panel of patients
Compensation
- Salary: $275,000 - $285,000
- Competitive total compensation package including base salary, incentive pay
- Potential hiring bonus and relocation stipend

Requirements
- MD or DO with CT State License, Federal DEA and State Controlled Substance Registration
- Successfully completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Peds Residency
- Previous experience as a Primary Care Physician preferred but new grads welcome to apply
- Must be Board Certified or be Board Eligible
- Off-hour coverage – Shared among multiple providers, phone-calls only with nurse triage
