• 18 patients per day with no double booking
• Outpatient adult Primary Care
• 15- and 30-minute appointments
• Protected administrative time
• M-F 8am-5pm with 1 late evening per week until 7:30pm (later start to accommodate)
• Each physician is assigned a MA and RN each day
• Daily morning huddles to coordinate patient care
• Each site has a dedicated Practice Manager
• RN Care Coordinator follows patients after hospital discharge and provides education based on the clinician’s plan — allowing the physician to stay focused on primary care needs

• 55% of the patient population is Spanish-speaking- translation services available when needed

Starting compensation is $250K with the opportunity for increased compensation based on community health experience and/or Spanish-speaking ability. Excellent benefits to include insurance, PTO, CE allowance, reimbursement for state licensure, professional dues & DEA fees.
