An established outpatient primary care group is seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) for its Inverness, Florida location. This role offers a focus on personalized, high-quality healthcare within a supportive team environment. Practice Info
- 100% outpatient primary care
- Patient mix includes managed care, fee-for-service, and traditional Medicare
- Gradual ramp-up with 6–8 patients daily for new providers
- Established physicians average 12–15 patients per day
- 40-minute new patient visits
- 30-minute follow-up visits
Responsibilities
- Shared telephone call rotation of approximately 1:12, one week at a time
Compensation
- Base salary: $230,000
- Performance bonus opportunity

Shift & Schedule

Requirements
- MD or DO
- 1–2 years of experience in primary care preferred
- Board certification or board eligibility not required - ACNs accepted
- Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one
