Primary Care Physician

Colorado Physician Partners, PLLC is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join their clinic in Colorado Springs, Colorado. As part of an independent private practice, you will collaborate with a supportive team of providers, care coordinators, and mental health professionals to care for complex patients. This role offers an opportunity to engage with clinical teaching, working alongside CU medical students and Regis APP students.

Practice Info

• Independent, outpatient private practices within the Denver area
• The team is made up of Providers and support staff, as well as a social worker and an RN/patient educator, who are care coordinators
• Most of our practices also have mental health support
• Active participant in the largest IPA in Colorado
• Physicians have clinical faculty appointments with the University of Colorado
• Practices are located off a major commuting/shopping artery in excellent payer-mix zip codes

Shift & Schedule

• Full-time employment commitment (1.0 FTE: 35 Patient Facing Hours, 5 Clinical Admin Hours per week)

Compensation

• $250,000-$350,000 compensation range
• Base salary and variable incentive bonus dependent on a combination of personal productivity and quality measures

Qualifications

• Board eligible/board certified in either Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Supervisory skills and interest in working with advanced practice providers
• Geriatric fellowship training or medicine subspecialty interests are welcome
