Providers in this role deliver comprehensive individual and family care while collaborating with multidisciplinary support teams including social workers, care coordinators, and mental health professionals. Physicians enjoy opportunities for teaching and clinical faculty appointments with the University of Colorado within a high-performing practice group.
Practice Info
- Independent, outpatient private practices within the Denver area
- The team is made up of Providers and support staff, as well as a social worker and an RN/patient educator, who are care coordinators
- Most of our practices also have mental health support
- Active participant in the largest IPA in Colorado
- Practices are located off a major commuting/shopping artery in excellent payer-mix zip codes
Shift & Schedule
- Full-time employment commitment (1.0 FTE: 35 Patient Facing Hours, 5 Clinical Admin Hours per week)
Compensation
- $250,000-$350,000 + total cash compensation
- Base salary and variable incentive bonus dependent on a combination of personal productivity and quality measures

Qualifications
- Board eligible/board certified in either Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Supervisory skills and interest in working with advanced practice providers
