As part of a high-performing group of 12 clinics, the provider will offer comprehensive individual and family care within a collaborative team environment. Candidates will have the opportunity to work with medical and APP students while practicing in a supportive, patient-centered setting.

Qualifications
- Board eligible/board certified in either Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Supervisory skills and interest in working with advanced practice providers
- Geriatric fellowship training or medicine subspecialty interests are welcome
