Primary Care Physician

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the delivery of care, treatment, and referrals.
• 100% outpatient – no call.
• Participate in development of clinic protocols and formulary.
• Leadership opportunity available.

Education & Experience

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) and valid unencumbered license to practice.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required; must maintain active certification throughout employment.
• Current active Federal and State DEA License.

Job & Physical Requirements

• Work under usual office conditions; required to use a personal computer and be on the phone for extended periods.
• Must be able to stand, sit, walk, and occasionally climb.
• Must work extended and flexible hours and weekends as needed.
• Physical demands include ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Travel Requirements

Work will involve some driving/traveling to assigned clinics.
