Job Overview

We are hiring family medicine providers to significantly expand primary care services across Central and Northern Virginia. This will support our patients, team members, and encourage healthy living that enhances well‑being. A sizable number of clinical providers will be hired over the coming year.

Compensation

The base compensation range for this role is $269,452 – $382,525 for a 1.0 clinical FTE status.

Individual compensation will be determined by fair market value and the selected candidate’s qualifications, clinical experience, specialty training, credentials, and/or education. Note that the pay range does not include any applicable incentive compensation programs, such as productivity, quality, non‑productivity, or other incentives that may be available for eligible positions.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will be board‑certified or board‑eligible in family medicine.
