Primary Care Physician

The Senior Primary Care Physician serves as a health‑care professional capable of handling a variety of health‑related problems. This full‑time position is based at our CenterWell Montclaire office and reports to the Associate Medical Director.

In This Role, You Will

• Focus on senior outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention.
• Keep a medical history and medical records.
• Refer the patient to specialists as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 or more years of technical experience
• Licensure requirements of the state of North Carolina
• Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of an accredited university
• Prefer Internal Medicine specialty
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
• Patient‑facing role as part of Humana/Senior Bridge's TB screening program (TB screening required if selected)
• Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
• Willing to participate in limited on‑call coverage by phone

Schedule and Compensation

Weekly hours: 40

Pay Range: $255,000 - $298,500 per year

Job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
