Practice Info
- Clinic Locations: Colton, CA
- Outpatient Primary Care including office consults, annual visits, follow up appointments and in office procedures
- Average Patients per day: 18 patients
- Comfortable seeing pediatric to geriatric aged patients; general in office procedures
- Medical Assistant to support Physician; rooming patients, vitals, RX refills, follow up appointments
- Team Based Care Model - Physicians and APC's working together with support team
Compensation
- Competitive compensation
- Guaranteed base salary plus incentive based on quality and performance
- Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $238,500 - $392,500
- Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role

- 40 / 20 minutes for consults and follow up appointments
- No call time
Requirements
- Board Certified Physician or ability to attain before start
- Unrestricted California Physician License or ability to attain prior to starting
- Current BLS, ACLS certification
- Current California DEA certificate or ability to attain prior to start
- EMR Proficient
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills and time management
