Jackson and Coker is seeking a Board Certified Primary Care Physician for a locum tenens opportunity within a well-established PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) organization in Northern California. This role involves providing comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting, with a strong potential for assignment extension beyond the initial 3-6 months. The position offers a chance to focus on patient care with the support of a dedicated team.

Shift & Schedule
- Assignment Length: 3–6 months with strong potential for extension
- Monday–Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (5 days/week)
- 4x10-hour schedule (Monday–Thursday; 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM) may be available
- Occasional Saturdays as needed
Requirements
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active California medical license
- Active DEA registration
- Minimum of 1 year of locum tenens experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of EPIC EMR experience required
- Previous experience in a fast-paced outpatient primary care setting
- Comfortable managing a daily patient volume of 21–27 patients
