Primary Care Physician

CareMore Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician to deliver high-quality Internal Medicine and/or Family Practice services within a value-based care model. This role focuses on prevention, care coordination, and improving health outcomes for patients with complex and chronic conditions. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care by interviewing, examining, diagnosing, and treating patients
• Deliver patient-centered primary care with an emphasis on wellness, prevention, and early detection
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care strategies
• Coordinate referrals and specialty care based on clinical assessment and patient needs
• Participate in continuing medical education and CareMore clinical programs
• Assist in resolving patient complaints, requests, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient information in accordance with federal, state, and organizational guidelines
• Complete accurate and timely medical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) on a daily basis

Compensation

• Compensation: $253,643 to $380,464
• This position is bonus eligible based on individual and company performance

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Current, unrestricted medical license in the applicable state(s)
• Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
• Active DEA license
• Satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis (TB) test
