Primary Care Physician

Reliant Medical Group, part of Optum, is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join their team in Redondo Beach, California. Practice Info

• Manage patient care in an outpatient setting.
• Comfortable seeing patients of all ages, primarily adults/senior base.
• Average Daily Patient Census: 18-20 patients.
• Appointment schedule: 40 min for new patients, 20 min for follow-up patient visits.
• Dedicated support staff of nurses and medical assistants.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care in an outpatient setting.
• Conduct consults and follow-up appointments.
• Perform well-checks and schedule screenings.
• See patients of all ages, primarily adults/senior base.

Compensation

• The salary range for this role is $229,500 to $378,000 annually based on full-time employment.
• Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target.
• The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
• Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.

Shift & Schedule

• Clinic hours M-F 8am - 5pm.
• No call, no weekends.

Requirements

• Unrestricted California State Medical License (Required)
• Current California DEA certificate (Required)
• EMR Proficient (Required)
• Bilingual Spanish speaking (Preferred)
• 1+ year experience working in primary care (Preferred)
