Primary Care Physician

Ample Health is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join their growing team in Sacramento (Natomas), CA. The provider will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care focused on the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of both acute illnesses and chronic conditions. In addition to evidence-based primary care, the clinic offers preventive services, advanced treatments, and a supportive, collaborative work environment.

• Focuses on the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of both acute illnesses and chronic conditions
• Offers advanced treatments such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy and Aesthetics (Botox and Fillers)
• Provides preventive services including physical exams, health screenings, and customized lifestyle and nutritional guidance

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care for adults
• Deliver comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of acute illnesses and chronic conditions
• Perform preventive services including physical exams, health screenings, and customized lifestyle and nutritional guidance

Compensation

• $285,000 - $300,000 per year
• $20,000 sign-on bonus
• Up to $20,000 in relocation assistance

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Experience in primary care and chronic disease management preferred
