MASC Medical is partnering with a highly reputable and technologically advanced outpatient primary care practice in Boynton Beach, FL, to recruit a Board-Certified Primary Care Physician (MD/DO). Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for a geriatric Medicare patient population
- Manage approximately 20 patients per day
- Collaborate with mid-level providers and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
- Participate in minimal phone-based call rotation (1 in 3)
Compensation
- $270K–$280K base salary with total earning potential up to $350K
- Base Salary: $270K–$280K (DOE)
- Bonus: Productivity-based, total compensation potential up to $350K

Shift & Schedule
- Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Requirements
- MD or DO, Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Minimum of 2 years of primary care experience (geriatrics experience preferred)
- Eligible for unrestricted Florida medical license
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
