Primary Care Physician | Bay Area, CA | $315K Base + $200K Forgivable Loan + Bonuses

Salary: $315,000 Base Salary (2-Year Guarantee)

Schedule: Full-Time | 32 or 36 Patient-Facing Hours/Week

Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds Physician to join a growing outpatient primary care practice. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
• Minimum 3 years of post-residency clinical experience
• Active or eligible California Medical License
• Strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
• $315,000 Annual Base Salary (2-Year Guarantee)
