Job Summary

Join a nationally recognized health system as a Family Medicine and/or Med/Peds physician. This outpatient‑only role offers a flexible schedule within a collaborative care model, focusing on patient‑centered care.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient‑only schedule with flexibility to fit your lifestyle
• Clinic hours: Monday, Tuesday & Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM; Wednesday & Thursday 8:00AM – 7:00PM
• One evening per week required
• Saturday rotation required (approx. 1 in 6)
• 36 clinical and 4 administrative hours per week
• Collaborative care model with APP panel sharing
• Support system includes Up-To-Date access, behavioral health collaboration, 24/7 nurse call center, centralized prescription refill team, and value‑based care guides
• Use of Epic EMR ‘New’ Ambient voice dictation tool to streamline documentation

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary range: $320,000 – $375,000 based on experience
• Up to $250,000 recruitment incentives
• Residency/Fellowship stipend up to $45,000, available up to 18 months prior to graduation
• Continuing medical education: 15 working days and $4,500 CME funds
• Fully paid relocation
• 401(k) – Geisinger contributes over $15,000 annually
• Academic involvement with medical students and residents

Position Details

• Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) – required
• License: Licensed Medical Doctor in the State of Pennsylvania
• Skills: Patient care and procedural skills; professional etiquette; systems‑based practice
