We're searching for a compassionate, collaborative Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) who's committed to evidence-based medicine and whole-person care. In this position, you'll provide comprehensive outpatient primary care while partnering with an interdisciplinary team to improve patients' long-term health.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients across the lifespan
- Diagnoses, treats, and manages acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based clinical practices
- Performs preventive health visits, annual wellness visits, physical examinations, screenings, immunizations, and age-appropriate preventive care
- Develops individualized treatment plans that integrate medical care with behavioral health, nutrition, prevention, and lifestyle interventions
- Collaborates with physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, behavioral health providers, nutrition professionals, care coordinators, nursing staff, specialists, hospitals, and community providers to coordinate patient care
- Provides clinical oversight, consultation, case review, mentorship, and collaborative supervision for Advanced Practice Providers in accordance with Georgia law and organizational policies
- Educates and engages patients through shared decision-making and individualized care planning
- Maintains timely, accurate, and complete electronic health record documentation and complies with all regulatory, clinical, quality, and organizational standards
- Participates in quality improvement, clinical protocol, population health, and value-based care initiatives while fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Required: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Required: Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Required: Active, unrestricted Georgia medical license or ability to obtain one before the start date
- Required: Current DEA registration
- Required: Current BLS certification or ability to obtain it before the start date
- Required: Strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered primary care
- Required: Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Preferred: Medicare enrollment or eligibility for enrollment
- Preferred: Two or more years of outpatient primary care experience following residency
- Preferred: Experience in team-based or value-based care environments and a passion for prevention, population health, and long-term patient outcomes
