Position Information

The University of California Riverside (UCR) Health is seeking primary care physicians (family medicine and internal medicine-pediatrics) to provide patient care in community-based ambulatory clinical sites in Riverside County. The successful physician will embody clinical excellence and possess outstanding interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships with patients and staff. The physician will be responsible for achieving quality and patient experience goals within a team-based care model. Applicants must qualify for medical staff privileges at UCR Health and UCR affiliated hospitals.

Qualifications

• Must hold an M.D. or equivalent degree
• Board certified or board eligible for primary care surgery in California
• Eligible to practice in the State of California by the time of employment
• Hold current work authorization; UCR does not sponsor visas

Salary Ranges (100% FTE)

• Associate Physician Diplomate (board certified + 1 year experience): $142,100 - $348,100 (up to $260,000 expected)
• Associate Physician (board eligible + 1 year experience): up to $240,000 expected
• Assistant Physician (board eligible): up to $220,000 expected
