Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients across the lifespan
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Deliver preventive care, wellness visits, and health screenings
• Develop personalized treatment plans and manage medications
• Partner with Advanced Practice Providers and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
• Support quality improvement, patient engagement, and population health initiatives
• Build lasting relationships that help patients achieve their health goals

Compensation

• Compensation Range: $211,369 to $317,053
• Relocation assistance may be available

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Unrestricted medical license or ability to obtain licensure in Alaska
• Current DEA registration
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
• Preferred: Experience in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, or community-based practice
• Preferred: Passion for preventive care and chronic disease management
• Preferred: Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
• Preferred: Interest in mentoring Advanced Practice Providers and contributing to clinical excellence
