Primary Care Physician – 3 Days per Week

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Family Medicine or InternalMedicine residency; Family Medicine preferred
• Board Certified throughABFM, ABIM, or AOA
• 3+ years of primary careexperience
• Current, unrestricted Washington medical license and valid DEA registration
• Experience with team-basedcare and EMR proficiency; athenahealth preferred
• Medicare Advantage and HCCcoding experience a plus
• Negative TB testdocumentation within 12 months of start date
