Primary Care PA - Flexible Hours & Ad Hoc Telework

The incumbent will deliver medical services within Primary Care clinics at the Hampton VA Medical Center under the supervision of a physician. Responsibilities include interviewing patients, performing physical examinations, and updating medical histories to promote and maintain patient health.

Clinical work encompasses assessment, differential diagnosis, care planning, and education across the lifespan, with team-based collaboration and potential referrals when indicated.
