We are seeking anexperienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Indianapolis,Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity for a patient-focused provider whoenjoys delivering comprehensive primary care while building meaningful,long-term relationships with patients.
The NP will manageapproximately 12-16 patients per day, providing preventive, chronic disease,and acute care services. Working as part of a collaborative care team, you willhave the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient health outcomes whilemaintaining a manageable patient volume.

Requirements
- Master's degree or higherfrom an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current, unrestricted NursePractitioner license in Indiana.
- National board certificationas a Nurse Practitioner.
- Current DEA registration oreligibility to obtain one.
- Primary care experiencepreferred.
- Strong clinical,communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
