We are seeking a full-time Primary Care Provider (NP or PA) to manage a diverse patient panel, delivering acute, chronic, and wellness care in-office, via testing centers, and occasionally through telehealth.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Providing comprehensive primary care through patient assessments, treatments, and procedures
- Collaborating with in-office and virtual clinical teams via daily huddles and ongoing communication
- Engaging in continuous learning through Clinical Rounds and other educational modalities
- Performing in-office procedures and utilizing clinical training to ensure quality care
- Obtaining additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual care in other states as needed
Qualifications And Skills Required
- Completion of an accredited NP or PA program with national certification
- At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience in the past 5 years, or 1 year plus a primary care fellowship or urgent care experience
- State licensure in Washington, DC
- Strong communication skills, clinical proficiency, and comfort with technology
- A passion for human-centered primary care and team collaboration
- Openness to feedback, adaptability, and confidence in uncertain situations
