We are seeking a full-time Primary Care Provider (NP or PA) to manage a diverse patient panel, including acute, chronic, and wellness visits.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Providing in-office, testing center, and telehealth care
- Collaborating with in-person and virtual clinical teams
- Performing in-office procedures and utilizing clinical training
- Engaging in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds
- Obtaining additional state licensure for virtual care as needed
Qualifications And Skills Required
- Completion of an accredited NP or PA program with national certification
- At least 2 years in outpatient primary care or 1 year with additional fellowship or urgent care experience in the past 5 years
- Current state license in Washington, DC
- Strong communication skills, clinical proficiency, and technology aptitude
- A passion for human-centered primary care and team collaboration
- Adaptability, openness to feedback, and confidence in managing uncertain situations
