Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are seeking a full-time Primary Care Provider (NP or PA) to manage a diverse patient panel, including acute, chronic, and wellness visits.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Providing in-office, testing center, and telehealth care
• Collaborating with in-person and virtual clinical teams
• Performing in-office procedures and utilizing clinical training
• Engaging in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds
• Obtaining additional state licensure for virtual care as needed

Qualifications And Skills Required

• Completion of an accredited NP or PA program with national certification
• At least 2 years in outpatient primary care or 1 year with additional fellowship or urgent care experience in the past 5 years
• Current state license in Washington, DC
• Strong communication skills, clinical proficiency, and technology aptitude
• A passion for human-centered primary care and team collaboration
• Adaptability, openness to feedback, and confidence in managing uncertain situations
