Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Multiple Openings

We are seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) licensed in Washington, DC, to join our innovative primary care team.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a diverse patient panel with acute, chronic, and wellness visits
• Providing in-office, testing center, and occasional telehealth care
• Engaging in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other methods
• Collaborating with in-person and virtual clinical teams via daily huddles
• Performing in-office procedures and utilizing clinical training
• Obtaining additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual care as needed

Qualifications And Skills Required

• Completion of an accredited NP or PA program with national certification
• At least 2 years outpatient primary care experience or 1 year plus a primary care fellowship/urgent care experience in the past 5 years
• Strong communication skills, clinical proficiency in evidence-based care, and comfort using technology
• A passion for human-centered primary care and team collaboration
• Openness to feedback and adaptability to patient needs
