Key Responsibilities
- Independently evaluate, diagnose, and care for your patient panel, with collaborating physicians available as needed
- Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care, including chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia)
- Establish lasting patient relationships to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Partner with supervising physicians and clinical staff to navigate complex patient cases
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation following practice protocols
Schedule and Shift Details
- Flexible workweek schedules available (4-day or 5-day options depending on provider preference)
- Daily volume of approximately 15 to 18 patients
- Purely outpatient clinical hours no hospital or inpatient call duties
- Placement available at clinics in Johns Creek, Snellville, or Lawrenceville
Compensation And Benefits
- Base salary ranging from $130,000 to $140,000, tailored to experience level
- Annual bonus potential of up to $10,000 (split into two $5,000 payouts)

Requirements
- Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult-Gerontology NP (AGNP), or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Active, unencumbered Georgia state license (or eligible to obtain prior to start date)
- Valid DEA license and prescriptive authority
- Prior Experience In Outpatient Primary Care Is Highly Desirable
- Confident in managing adult patient populations independently
