Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $130,000.00 - $170,000.00

Position Highlights

• Independent patient panel
• Team‑based primary care model
• Support‑style APP role available for candidates not seeking a full panel
• 16–18 patients/day target
• EPIC with AI scribes
• Shared clinic call rotation; triage nurse takes first call, escalates to MDs if needed
• 1:14 days weekday call
• 1:12 weekend call

Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years primary care experience
• Comfortable practicing independently
• Able to manage chronic and complex conditions

Compensation

Starting salary ranges from $130K–$170K+ based on experience

RVU bonus opportunity available

$10K sign‑on bonus

$10K relocation assistance

Potential additional $20K locality differential for Mill City location

34 days PTO year one

CME allowance + licensure reimbursement
