Primary Care Nurse Practitioner — Innovative Team-Based Care

One Medical is seeking a licensed NP or PA to join our primary care team in Menlo Park, CA. You will manage a diverse patient panel, providing acute, chronic, and preventive care in both in-office and testing center settings, with occasional tele-health visits.

You will participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborate with in-office and virtual teams, applying your clinical training to deliver high-quality care. State licensure in CA is required at start date.
