Primary Care Nurse Practitioner — Collaborative Patient Care

Allegheny Health Network seeks a qualified CRNP/PA to provide primary care for non-acute or chronic conditions within our primary care offices. The role includes history and physicals, therapy planning, diagnostics, and documentation, with weekend and on-call rotation as required.

You will coordinate with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary team, under physician supervision, and participate in quality improvement and compliance activities.
