What You’ll Do
- Provide outpatient primary care and urgent care services
- Perform evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Manage chronic conditions and acute visits
- Communicate test results and care plans clearly to patients
- Coordinate referrals and continuity of care
- Document visits accurately in the EMR
Qualifications
- FNP or AGNP certification
- New graduates welcome with training and support provided
- Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach
- Salary range of $115,000 to $200,000 plus productivity bonus
