Primary Care NP/PA — FT/PT Day Shifts

Wallowa Memorial Hospital and Medical Clinics seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver high-quality primary care across the lifespan. The role collaborates with physicians and the care team to support coordinated, patient-centered care and adheres to Oregon practice standards.

Responsibilities include exams, diagnosing illnesses, prescribing treatments, creating care plans, educating patients, coordinating referrals, and maintaining EHR documentation.
