Primary Care NP: Outpatient Impact Leader

Carondelet Medical Group is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to provide direct primary care in an outpatient clinic setting and augment physician services. You will perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, order labs, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, documentation, and adherence to Tenet HIPAA compliance and clinical policies. A Master's prepared APN with active licensure is required.
