Primary Care NP — In-Clinic & Telehealth

One Medical in Portland, OR is seeking a compassionate Advanced Practitioner (FNP or PA) to join our full-time primary care team. You will manage a patient panel across acute, chronic, and preventive visits, in-office or via telehealth, with opportunities for in-office procedures and cross-state licensure as needed.

Based in a collaborative, tech-enabled environment, you’ll participate in clinical rounds, work with in-person and virtual teams, and contribute to delivering human-centered care.
