Primary Care NP – Day Shift, $2k CME

UAHSF is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for their Primary Care Clinic at Cooper Green Mercy Health Services Authority. The role is full-time, and APPs consider Family Nurse Practitioners or Adult Primary Nurse Practitioners. Key responsibilities include formulating patient care plans, interpreting diagnostic tests, and ensuring thorough documentation.

The ideal candidate must be able to empathize with vulnerable populations and work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Physician. A $2,000 CME allowance is provided annually.
