South Boston medical group is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to serve as a Primary Care provider. You will conduct comprehensive primary care services including well exams, immunizations, and episodic visits for an assigned patient panel.
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, promote health maintenance, and ensure culturally sensitive care while facilitating appropriate follow-up and referrals. Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, French, or Haitian Creole is highly desirable.
