About the Role:

Join Total Patient Primary Care of Ocala Inc as a Primary Care Medical Provider (MD/DO) and make a meaningful impact on the health and wellness of our community. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.

Manage chronic and acute medical conditions with a focus on preventative care.

Perform routine physical examinations and diagnostic tests.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.

Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.

Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance practice efficiency.

Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and best practices.

Requirements:

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

Active medical license in the state of Florida.

Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine preferred.

At least 2 years of experience in primary care or relevant field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster patient relationships.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Commitment to providing patient-centered care with empathy and respect.

Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
