- Setting & Location: Post-Acute Care (Nursing Home / Skilled Nursing / Alzheimer's) in Southern North Carolina; short-term assignment starting in May with locum-to-perm potential
- Coverage & Travel: 4 facilities (2 within 0.5 miles, others up to 1.5 hours apart); provider travels to one facility per day
- Schedule & Call: In-house 8:00/9:00 AM - 2:00/4:00 PM; on-call 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM; after 7:00 PM handled by call team (non-prescribing)
- Patient Load & Weekends: Average 20-25 patients per day; weekend rounding 2-6 hours daily
- Requirements: 15-minute Zoom interview; credentialing completed within 48-72 hours after risk approval
