Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive, team-based care for a diverse adult patient population
- Partner with skilled multidisciplinary staff to manage acute and chronic conditions
- Promote wellness across an entire panel of patients
Compensation
- Salary: $275,000 - $285,000, commensurate or relative to experience
- Highly competitive base salary + incentive compensation

Requirements
- MD or DO with NY State License and Federal DEA
- Successfully completed Family or Internal Medicine
- BE/BC in Family or Internal Medicine
