Primary Care/Integrative Medicine Physician

Job Summary

As a Family Medicine Physician in Georgetown, KY, you will provide comprehensive healthcare to patients of all ages, including preventative care, diagnosis and treatment of illnesses, and management of chronic conditions. You will act as the primary healthcare provider for individuals and families throughout their lifespans, building long‐term relationships and guiding patients through their healthcare journeys.

Responsibilities

• Provide full‑spectrum primary care, including preventive care, acute illness treatment, and management of chronic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension.
• Deliver wellness examinations, health screenings, and immunizations to support disease prevention.
• Counsel patients on diet, lifestyle choices, and disease management.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests such as laboratory work and imaging.
• Offer guidance, counseling, and education on wellness, disease management, and medication adherence.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed medical records using EPIC.
• Perform direct patient treatment, including prescribing medications, making referrals, and following up on specialist consultations.
• Participate in primary‑care division activities such as peer review programs, quality metric improvement, and policy development.

Job Requirements

• Board‑eligible or board‑certified in Family Medicine.
• Active or eligible license in the state of Kentucky.
