Primary Care Float Licensed Practical Nurse

Mercy is seeking a compassionate Primary Care LPN Float to support clinics across our Midwest locations. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, including vital signs, injections, point-of-care testing, triage, medication administration, and health education. You will assist providers with exams and procedures, coordinate patient flow, and accurately document in the EMR. As a float, you’ll adapt to varying primary care settings, follow clinical protocols, and uphold infection control and safety standards while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
