Job Overview

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a Primary Care/Employee Health locum position in Weehawken, NJ. The assignment runs from 8/17/2026 to 1/4/2027, Monday‑Friday 8:00a.m. – 4:00p.m.

Responsibilities

• Provide office‑based primary care to employees and their families.
• See patients of all ages, including those aged 2 and up, in an outpatient setting.
• Coordinate care with a full‑time medical assistant on site.
• Document all patient encounters using EPIC electronic medical records.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted New Jersey state license for NP or PA.
• Board certification in a relevant specialty.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum 1–2 years of primary‑care NP or PA experience.
