Primary Care Provider Opportunity
A mission-driven healthcare organization in rural New England is seeking a primary care provider to join a collaborative outpatient practice.
Position highlights:
- 4-day schedule (35 clinical hours)
- 800 patient panel
- 2 patients per hour average
- 1:1 MA support + full clinical team
- AI scribe + onsite lab & ultrasound
- Phone-only call (~2 weeknights/month)
- Shared Saturday clinic (~4 per year)
- Full-scope outpatient procedures
Compensation & benefits:
- NP/PA: $118K–$141K
- RVU bonus available
