Advanced Practice Provider
Northern California - In the heart of the Redwoods
Position Highlights :
- 4-day work week with flexibility
- Established practice serving the community since 1976
- 2 Physicians and 1 NP on staff along with RNs and MAs to assist
- No Call!
- Collaborative environment with open door policy from leadership
- Open to providers commuting in for shifts
Compensation & Benefits :
- Base Salary up to $180,000
- Incentive plan with No Cap
- Expected annual compensation of $200k+
- Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus
- Eligible for federal and state student loan repayment with HPSA score of 20
- 4 weeks of PTO, not including paid holidays!
Qualifications :
- Degree:MSN, DNP
- Certifications:Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Licensure:California licensed or able to obtain license
- Skillset:Primary Care
- Experience:All experience will be considered
