Primary BUILDER Point of Contact (POC) - Data Manager

Data ManagerAs the Primary BUILDER Point of Contact (POC) - Data Manager, you will serve as the installation's subject-matter expert and lead coordinator for the BUILDER Sustainment Management System (SMS). This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely management of facility asset data used to support sustainment, restoration, and modernization (SRM) planning at Al Udeid Air Base. The position works closely with Civil Engineering (CE), asset owners, contractors, and higher headquarters to support data-driven decision-making and compliance with Department of Defense and Air Force requirements.Essential Job Functions:Serve as the primary installation-level POC for BUILDER SMSManage, validate, and maintain BUILDER facility asset data, including inventory, condition assessments, and sustainment metricsCoordinate and oversee BUILDER data collection efforts, including inspections and contractor-supported assessmentsEnsure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable DoD, Air Force, and MAJCOM guidanceAnalyze BUILDER data to support SRM planning, budgeting, and prioritizationPrepare reports, dashboards, and briefings for leadership and higher headquartersCoordinate with facility managers, engineers, and planners to resolve data discrepanciesProvide training, guidance, and support to local users on BUILDER processes and best practicesTrack assessment cycles and ensure timely updates to facility condition dataSupport audits, inspections, and data calls related to facility management systemsEducation & Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent3+ years' experience with BUILDER Sustainment Management System (SMS) or similar facility asset management systemsKnowledge & Skills:Knowledge of civil engineering, facility management, or infrastructure sustainment conceptsStrong data management, analysis, and quality control skillsProficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard data reporting toolsAbility to work independently in a deployed or OCONUS environmentStrong communication skills, both written and verbalPrior experience supporting Air Force or DoD installationsFamiliarity with SRM planning, facility condition assessments, and asset inventory processesExperience coordinating with contractors and cross-functional teamsAdditional Requirements:Must possess a valid U.S.

Driver's LicensePossess a valid U.S. Passport (preferred)Must be able to meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements, as outlined in the USCENTCOM APR 23 MOD EIGHTEEN TO USCENTCOM INDIVIDUAL AND INDIVIDUAL-UNIT DEPLOYMENT POLICYAble to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa for QatarMust be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.Experience operating fuel trucks, hydrant systems, or bulk fuel storage facilitiesAbility to work rotating shifts, extended hours, and in extreme weather conditionsStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyValid driver's license (commercial license preferred, if applicable)Travel: 100%, deployed overseas.Security Clearance: Must have and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
