Application Analyst to be based out of our office in Glenview, IL supporting Business Management / Pricing. The Application Analyst will work collaboratively with our business team and stakeholders to define business requirements that deliver key features and capabilities supporting the business strategy as well as supporting existing systems and processes. They will work closely with the Project team to ensure the requirements are understood and delivered.Key job responsibilities:Work with business stakeholders and identify areas of impactProvide the process and leadership around defining and delivering business requirementsGather and analyze business requirements from stakeholdersConduct impact analysis of business requirements on existing technology platform, present findings and facilitate solutionsPerform gap analysis on technology solutions, process and organization/resourcesWork with Software Development and Technical Services Groups on the technical design and development process ensuring business requirements are understood and deliveredPresent business designsWork with quality team on the development of testing deliverablesParticipate in validation of the business design against the delivered software.Work with software vendors to help develop systemsCoordinating User TestingWork with Change Management team in development of training and roll outProvide business support for existing systemsStatus reportingConfiguration for Pricing ToolQualificationsRequirements: • 3-5 years Analyst experience, preferably in the area of pricing management • Development Experience preferred • Strong analytical and communications skills, ability to lead and work with teams, and ability to keep on schedule in development environment • Experience with Business Process Modeling, a plusAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
