Pricing ManagerThe Service Companies is seeking a Pricing Manager to support our sales, marketing, and field operations teams. The position is responsible for creating and processing new and existing business proformas and will report to the Chief Revenue Officer. This position will provide ongoing support and insight into our pricing strategies and work in a highly collaborative environment.

The Manager will use information, systems, and processes to evaluate and help solve complex pricing challenges. This position requires a specific technical skillset, as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment. The Manager will also be challenged to evaluate our current pricing process and models to develop a pricing configurator or 'CPQ' tool designed to drive accuracy and assist in expediting the pricing stage of the sales process up to and including submission to the Senior Management Team when required.Essential Job Duties:Work with sales, marketing, and operations to develop and review time studies and proformasLead pricing for all new sales and, upon request, renewals or add-on servicesCreate impactful ad hoc financial analysis to help business leaders make critical strategic decisions while protecting the organization's fiduciary responsibilitiesEnsure proper approvals and assumptions are leveraged at each step of the pricing processPrepare financial analysis and reports as directed for senior management or field leadership positionsSupport special projects that have either been requested by the company's senior leadership team, or have been identified through normal work routines by identifying existing process weakness or areas of opportunityDevelop a keen understanding of our business operations, fixed and variable costs and other important factors to ensure accurate pricing and achievement of target Gross Margin and ProfitCollaborate with front-line sales team and operations leaders to include clear communication on deadline achievement, virtual sales strategy meetings, and pricing reviews as neededAdvise senior management on financial matters and on the potential impact of current and future new business, leverage understanding of key risk factors and engage with Senior Management as appropriateMeet and exceed all pricing and project deadlines, communicate progress and milestone achievement as required or necessaryRequirements:Bachelor degree in Accounting Finance, Business, Statistics, or Economics; equivalent experience in lieu of education will be accepted3+ years of experience in analytics, proforma modeling, and operations supportHospitality operations experience preferredPricing platform experience, Configure-Price-Quote tools experience preferredStrong Excel skills – pivot tables, lookups, advanced formulasStrong communication skills, both written and oral, and be capable of presenting information clearly and accurately to senior operating unit and corporate executive staffAbility to work independently and in a team/collaborative environment as needed to ensure successful completion of assigned tasksThe Service Companies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
