Owning Deal Desk operations, the full-time Pricing Governance Lead will manage pricing governance processes, improve Deal Desk tooling, and lead pricing reviews for non-standard deals while working in a hybrid model from Berwyn, Boston, or Raleigh, or remotely for other east coast areas. Key responsibilities Run Deal Desk operations and maintain pricing policies, approval matrices, and escalation thresholds Improve Deal Desk tooling and workflows to enhance visibility, documentation quality, and turnaround time Partner with Product and GTM teams to align pricing with packaging and value positioning Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field; advanced degree (MBA) is a plus 7+ years of experience in pricing, deal desk, revenue operations, finance, or commercial governance roles Experience building and improving pricing governance frameworks and documentation standards Strong business judgment and executive communication skills Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar is a plus
