To support a growing team, the full-time Pricing Director will collaborate with Sales and Marketing to establish competitive pricing strategies, develop pricing models, and oversee Deal Desk operations while working in a hybrid environment from Berwyn, PA, Boston, MA, or Raleigh, NC. Key responsibilities Collaborates with various teams to create pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion Analyzes proposal economics and historical pricing patterns to influence pricing structures and optimize revenue Develops and maintains reporting tools to provide insights into pricing effectiveness and overall price realization Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field; advanced degree (MBA) is a plus Experience in building and improving pricing governance frameworks Strong business judgment and executive communication skills Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus Relevant experience in SaaS, fintech, or wealth management is preferred
